This is my fourth car (Encore) from Van Devere Buick, and I wouldn't go to any other dealership in Ohio. Unless they were giving away free cars. No, all jokes aside I want to 1st thank Ben Matthews for his excellent customer service skills. He made me feel very welcome. He didn't pressure me to purchase a car, he asked me what I wanted and I told him a brand new Buick Encore GX. It was ready in a few days. The paperwork didn't take long at all. Heck it took me longer to switch over my new cell phone then it was to purchase my new car from Van Devere. 2nd I wanted to thank the staff, finance dept and mechanics for their awesome customer services skills as well!! I just love my new Buick Encore GX!!! 😍😍 See you guys back in about 3 years for my next new car.
