My service coordinator was Nan and she was simply wonderful. Service had to order a past for my car and Nan assured me when I came back the next day, she would make sure i would be taken immediately and true to her word, I was. I filled out a Pickle compliment about her as she could not have been nicer.

I came in for service at VanDevere Buick and worked with Justin. Seeing the sign for trading in leases, Justin did a wonderful job connecting me with Ben, our salesman, who listened to all my needs and showed me a vehicle that would match my profile perfectly. He even helped me match a car to my husband who wasn't there! Justin, Ben, Rocky, and Rich did a wonderful job of placing us in our new vehicles and deserve all the pickles! We'll definitely be back in the future for all our car needs!

THE VAN DEVERE STAFF ALWAYS ARE VERY COOPERATIVE, FRIENDLY & EAGER TO DO ANYTHING NEEDED TO HELP ME OUT. THIS IS WHY I'VE KNOWN & BEEN DEALING WITH VAN DEVERE'S FOR MANY YEARS & HAVE PURCHASED OVER 50 VEHICLES FROM THEM.

Scheduling needs some work. I have taken my vehicle in SEVERAL times over the last 6 months and each time I had to wait WAY OVER my scheduled time. Seems to be a constant thing there. Other than that people were friendly

I would love a phone call to follow up with my recent experience. (330) 714-3876. I received an email from Onstar the night I got home with my truck that the oil needs changed. I'm disappointed that the service tech didn't check it and ask if I'd like it changed while it was there. Now I have to bring it back for that - after it was at VanDevere for 2.5 weeks. I was also disappointed with the lack of communication by my service person, Justin. I did share my concerns with him and Nette.
