When I pulled into the service lane the place was full and I though I would have to wait awhile to speak with someone. Jennette spoke to me and told me she would be with me shortly that everyone was busy. I thanked her and then she asked me how she could help. I told her I had an appointment for service and she asked me my name. She then wrote me up, had me sign some papers and told me my car would be ready in ruffly one hour and a half then showed me to the waiting room and said she would keep me informed about my car. She texted me twice and with in two hours told me my car was ready. I was very impressed with her and the Dealership.
