Everyone from the young woman who answered the phone and made the appointment to my salesman,Ben to the finance officer and service desk folks were all knowledgeable and genuinely friendly% when I called with a question the next day when Ben was off, one of the Vandevere’s themselves called me back with the information I needed. It was truly a wonderful and easy experience. As a widow I was worried about being pressured or “snookered”. Everything was up front, in writing and explained clearly, I feel very confident in my choice of vehicle and dealership. I look forward to many happy years of dealing with “the VanDevere bunch/family”!
