Great customer service

They let me know of the work needing done besides oil change and used a coupone that I forgot to bring which was vey nice. Everyone was friendly, and the service was not too long of a wait. Also, they washed my car.

The dealership was more worried about selling us a new car, than servicing our current vehicle at a reasonable price.

I was hoping that you might offer me vehicle to use, but that was not the case. When I asked, I was told that your rental fee is $40 per day. There is no information as to when you will finish working on my car. Unhappy and still waiting. I will be sharing my experience to post and advise friends not to purchase the Equinox berecause repair service extraordinarily slow. Unhappy and still waiting.

My brand new car stopped dead in traffic. It was caused by a loose connection but the mechanics checked every connection to fix it and make sure it never happened again.

Brought my Buick in for maintenance and was told I needed new tires (which my husband had also stated same). I was offered a good price on Kelly all terrain tires and told it would take about 1 1/2 hours to do. I said yes. 3 hours later my car was finally done. I was disappointed that I was not informed along the way. My sister was with me as she was looking at used GMC's. We were going to have lunch at PF Chang's . Finally after she waited more that half hour at PF Chang's I told her to go ahead without me. I will say the dealership was exceptionally busy and I was more than happy with my car.

Apparently I arrived during a lunch break. The person checking me in would not be the person checking me out. After waiting two hours, I went into the service department to see if my car was still being serviced. I could not see my car or anyone at the service desk. I went to the front and saw my car parked and washed. I asked a person in the sales department to find someone in service. He was surprised to hear no one was in service so walked back there with me. After a few moments he found someone and I was told my car was ready. He apologized for the long wait. The service representative gave no explanation and checked me out as quickly as possible. There apparently was a glitch in communication. Two hours is way too long for an oil change, especially since I told them not to rotate the tires.

Friendly and fast service!

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, the service department discovered I my rear brakes needed work. I was texted by Jeanette that the work would be $480.00 plus the oil change cost, I gave her the go ahead. When I paid the service fee it was $720.00. I have no problem with the service or the service department people they are excellent. I just need help with the math. 330 687 2617

The rubber strip was torn on the driver's side windshield wiper. This was not noted on the inspection sheet. The wipers were given a green check.

This is my third purchase from Vandevere and also my third Buick and I am very satisfied and happy that I got exactly what I wanted!

Check in desk and get lines sometimes waiting 15 to 20 minutes. Why don't you have chairs for people. I have severe arthritis. Yeah that was painfull.

EVERYTHING WENT GREAT!!

I was interested in purchasing a Buick Encore and went to VanDevere Buick to see what was available. There was not a vehicle on their lot that was exactly what I was looking for, and being a discerning woman I wanted only the model I had researched - the Encore GX Preferred in Ebony Twilight Metallic along with all of the available highlights. Sales Manager Rocky Dorsey and Sales Consultant Randy Browne diligently searched for days until they found exactly what I was looking for. On top of the car itself, I have a great warranty and car washes for life - compliments of VanDevere! Randy took me around to each of the Managers and Advisors I would be working with for service needs. In addition, he gave me instructions on every single one of the mechanics for operating my beautiful new car and has kept in touch with me to be sure all is going well! Finance Manager Nico Curtis provided me with additions I could purchase to go with my new Encore. And Service Advisor Jeanette Stefanka spoke with me about proper maintenance. I am very happy with my new Encore and plan to keep it for as long as I can. I have also owned a Rendezvous and a Vibe I purchased from and serviced at VanDevere for many years. It routinely takes a very long time to check in and drop off my vehicle. From the time I was greeted by my associate, it took 18 minutes until the check in was complete. This was for an oil change. My associate was very kind and helpful.

Yosh and rocky were truly amazing ! They helped me every step of the way and were very knowledgeable on all aspects. They made my experience 10/10!

So far, I have had no issues getting my cars serviced. The work is done in a reasonable amount of time and everyone is always knowledgeable and friendly.

It took 5 weeks to get my tire fixed. My first appointment was canceled due to a power outage, and I was not contacted to reschedule. I had to reschedule on my own.

Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable they answer my questions and making appointments are so easy.

After 2 trips down to the dealership to inquired about my question/problem….upon the third time down it was determined that indeed the envista really does have a break light in the rear window and it was fixed!

Just had my 2017 Encore in for extended warranty covered service. The Service rep Nette. with an assist from Jerry performed quite well. They handled the required contacts with the warranty provider and got the necessary authorization. Then the mechanical work began. I would also like to thank the mechanic who performed the repairs.

I came in under special circumstances, unsure if I’d even be able to leave with a new car, but I never once felt pressured. I felt supported, respected, and heard every step of the way. Ellery was incredibly personable, kind, and upfront throughout the entire process. Nothing felt hidden or sketchy—something I genuinely appreciated. Rocky, the sales manager, was also fantastic: respectful, transparent, and willing to step in when I needed someone to listen. To be completely honest, I’ve had multiple poor experiences with Preston at Vandevere Kia, and I came in on 7/23 feeling completely stuck with a car I didn’t want, facing issues I shouldn’t have been dealing with, and dreading the thought of having to work with him again. I asked to speak with a service manager—something I had done during a previous visit with no follow-up at all. This time, Rocky stepped in immediately, advocated for me, and made sure I was connected with the right people. That’s when I met Kyle, the service manager, who was equally exceptional. He was respectful, honest, and clearly committed to helping make things right. From now on, Ellery, Rocky, and Kyle are the people I will be working with—and recommending. Denise in finance was also amazing—thorough, friendly, and never pushy. She took the time to go over every detail with me and even looked into some lingering issues related to my previous car and warranty. She was informative and supportive, and I really appreciated her kindness and clarity. And let me give a special shoutout to Nette in Buick service—what an absolute gem. Did you know you can come in between oil changes to get your fluids topped off, and it’s included in your service plan? I had no idea until Nette told me! She looked out for me from the moment I met her, and it made such a difference. I’ll be honest: I will never buy a Kia again. There’s currently a class action lawsuit involving Kia engines, so be careful out there. I’m now a proud Buick owner again, and I’m truly grateful for the team who helped “right the wrongs” I experienced before. They didn’t just make a sale—they helped restore my trust. To be clear, not all of my Kia service experiences over the past three years were bad, but nearly everything in the first half of 2025 was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. It caused a lot of stress, anxiety, wasted time, and unnecessary costs. Because of the 5-star experience I had on 7/23/25, I’m giving this review 4 stars overall—taking all of my experiences into account. The last time I left a review, I truly felt like it deserved zero stars. I’m grateful to say this time was different—and that’s because of Ellery, Rocky, Kyle, Denise, and Nette. Thank you all for taking the time to do things right.

Technician discovered issues which were causing symptoms our daughter described were a problem with her vehicle. They were pricey but repairs took care of problems with her vehicle. You may share this feedback.

Good customer service, only complaint I have is that I waited 15-20 mins and then I got out of the car and went to the desk and was almost late to another another appointment. Just wanted to drop off my car and it took over 30 minutes to be done with the drop off but other than that everything was great.

Every time I see one particular service Advisor he tells me I have leaks then Incan go back to another service person and they say I have no leaks despite no repairs. This time I’m told of multiple leaks with no evidence in my driveway of leaks
