They did a great job. They just need to get a better system on the wait, when you have an appointment. I was there for 3 hours for a oil change.

Went quite well. Jerry took care of me and I didn't have a long wait. Plus, the multi point inspection gives me peace of mind.

Scheduled my service online, arrived at 7:30 and was greeted by Jeanette, I explained what I wanted done. I had a ride to work so I didn't need transportation that was offered. I was notified by Jeanette that my vehicle service was complete.

I love the staff at the West Market location. My husband and I have purchased all of our vehicles at this location. As expected Rocky and Kara were amazing!

Every time I see one particular service Advisor he tells me I have leaks then Incan go back to another service person and they say I have no leaks despite no repairs. This time I’m told of multiple leaks with no evidence in my driveway of leaks

From the start to the end we were treated well and the service was quick. Only thing is that there was no coffee and I need my coffee in the early morning or I am a monster.

This is the first time I’ve ever dealt with with This dealer and I have no comment on the situation

I liked having the discount for tires and offered the warranty. Everyone was very helpful offering coffee and snacks for the long wait. i know it takes a while for that service. Also they washed my car.

Slow service, no one noticed me about my car being ready. I had to ask multiple times, then when my car was ready I was taken out the wrong exit to where my car was.

Good customer service, only complaint I have is that I waited 15-20 mins and then I got out of the car and went to the desk and was almost late to another another appointment. Just wanted to drop off my car and it took over 30 minutes to be done with the drop off but other than that everything was great.

Rebecca the salesperson that sold us the car was excellent, but when they drilled the holes to put the temp tag on, they didn't secure it properly. the tag came off. I had to re-fix it so that would stay on the car

A little longer than I thought,

We had the intelliHaul camera system installed on our GMC 1500, they did an excellent job on both the truck and trailer, the work was done on time and very professional install, all wires and cables are tucked away like it came from the factory that way!

I have been a customer since the 1980s. I think that speaks for itself. When Vandeveer no longer delivers excellent service, I will no longer be a customer. Nette has been our go to for years.

Everything was excellent!!

I had my car picked up and delivered from work, as I have done before, in order to complete an oil change. I requested that it be returned by 3 pm (I know this cannot be guaranteed). It has been a few minutes late before, but nothing like this. It was picked up at 9:36 am. I received a call at 1:51 pm that the oil change was complete and that there was a driver available to return my car. I paid right away so this would happen. At 3:04 pm I called for an update as the car was not returned yet. I was told that the car had not left yet, and that they were down to one driver. I received the car at 5:31 pm, so I was stuck at work for 2.5 hours after my shift ended. Not only was I told at 1:51 pm that a driver was available, but I was also told after my car was returned that other cars were delivered ahead of mine that weren't in any hurry. Then, the driver gave me the dealerships paperwork and took my copy. The driver came back to my work the next day so that we could exchange the paperwork. Luckily I was between interviews and available to exchange. This is the 2nd time that an oil change appointment has gone poorly. The last time, I waited for the car at the dealership. I was told to expect an hour, but it took over 3 hours. They did make it right by comping the charge.

As usual I was greeted promptly and the work was completed on time. The professionals in the service department pointed out that I needed brake lines checked and the fuel injectors needed cleaned.

I did not get an invoice after my service was finish and my inspection of my car was not discussed with me after my oil change. I had to ask for it the next day.

I was having an oil change done and when inspecting my car they found a broken sway bar or something. Luckily for me I have the extended warranty so I only paid $50 for the repair work. And as always I was treated very well and was updated on the progress of my repair often which was so great.

I appreciate the value VanDevere places on customer satisfaction as exemplified by salesman Randy Browne. He really listened to my needs and didn't try to oversell me. He has been accessible and helpful even after the sale. The service and collision staff have also been personable and accommodating.

I would like to know why the oil change was priced at $79.95 when using cash/credit but when using my GM rewards it was $125.00? This does not seem right and done to use more of the reward points, total BS.

My engine light was on and when the tech started it back it wasn't. The engine is the same suppose new that Van devere put in. So I believe I shouldn't have not been charge 239.00 to check. Everytime I come to get a service with my oil change the next thing I know something going wrong with my car. Last time none of my fluid was check. LIFETIME on my engine should haven't been a charge to check it. Im now scare to bring it back for my next oil change.

I should start with your service department. My husband has very unusual schedule and it is hard to schedule oil changes.... But not with your dealership, they can accommodate the unusual schedule. , and that is the reason I looked to buy from you guys. Then I met Randy from sales. Randy worked with my situation, never pressured me to buy. I told him what I need and he found the car for us. It was such a great experience and I thank Randy for this. And when I buy another vehicle I will be back to visit Randy!

I had a $20 off GM (GM Financial ) coupon for my car service, but the service advisor at the counter told me that two offers cannot be combined. However, I didn't use any other offer except booking the service online (https://www.buick.com/oss/Vehicle). I'm not sure what the purpose of the GM coupon is if it can't be applied in this situation. The email says To redeem your offer: Present this email you your service adviser at your next oil change.

We took our car in and they said it was the starter and fixed it but apparently it was not fixed was doing the same thing I don't know it they test drove it or not. Waste all the time and back at the dealer ship the next day just barely got before is cut off

Made a 10 am appointment for an oil change. When I got there my advisor still said an hour. I was there for 2 hours for a simple oil change. When I asked what took so long he said they was backed up. How can they get backed up and I was told an hour when I got there. I missed my personal trainer appointment and still had to pay for it cause it was a package. If I had know from the start it was going to be over an hour I could of made arrangements to get to my appointment.

Everyone is very kind and helpful. Fast service on the oil change and Jerry was nice to talk with. Had to ask to have one of the TVs turned off...everyone was looking at their phones and the TV was a loud distraction. Also, we are only in Ohio for 6 months a year, which makes getting 2 oil changes kinda ridiculous and hard to accomplish for the warranty. There should be a snowbird exception!

We had a great experience with our dealership getting my car tuned up and ready for the road. We love VanDevere and Garrett was very efficient and personable.

I recently scheduled an oil change on 06/08/26. When I arrived I could see how busy they were but Garrett started the process in a very short period of time. He was quite busy wrapping up earlier appointments and I observed his efforts as to how efficient he was in handling other customers. He appears to be a fast learner since my last service appointment when he was learning the detailed work of his occupation. He treated me well, a friendly smile, continued his multitasking and got me back on the road in a short period of time . Good job Garrett.
